Conducted by certified civil surgeons, this comprehensive exam includes a review of your
medical history, a physical examination, and necessary vaccinations.
Vaccination Assessment:
Verification of required vaccinations according to the guidelines of the U.S. Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
TB Testing:
Tuberculosis testing (QuantiFERON-TB Gold test or TST) to detect latent or active TB
infection.
Blood Tests:
Required blood tests, including those for syphilis and other conditions as mandated by
immigration authorities.
Physical Examination:
A detailed physical exam to assess your overall health and detect any conditions that
might require further evaluation or treatment.
Documentation:
Completion and certification of Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and
Vaccination Record, for submission to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
